Welcome to the 3rd Special Edition of Your-O-Vision Song Contest!
This time we are heading to Canada after Joshua's victory in the 2nd Special Edition with the song Alone by Heart!
This edition there will be a theme related to the Olympic Games combined with "random" countries.
In this edition the players are able to choose almost ANY country in the world, but there are some remarks!
You can only choose a country that is not competing in the regular edition
But some of the countries can award you with bonus points, but more of that will be explained later down on this page.
To begin with, here are some basic rules:

You can not send a song that has competed before (check former entries here)

Eurovision artists/songs or songs from a NF is not allowed

You can send a song from any year in this edition

The artist has to be born in the country they are representing
In the table below you find a list of countries that yield bonus points in this edition.
Those countries yielding 10 bonus points are countries that never have won a medal in the Olympics + North Korea.
The countries yielding 5 bonus points are countries that are not very sucessful in the Olympic Games, and not often competing in contests. The bonus points for these countries are awarded in order to motivate you to choose one of the harder countries.
Please notice that you can choose countries not on this list also, as long as it is not an active country in YOV. So for example you can choose Japan, but it will not give you any bonus points.
